Sources and manufacturing process
|
Native Type II Collagen is obtained
from pig cartilage. The manufacturing
process comprises several
purification steps, drying and
grinding.
It is remarkable that in contrast
with other collagen products, our
Native Type II Collagen maintains
its characteristic helicoidal structure
described above.
This structure could be easily
damaged during the manufacturing
process if the critical parameters
are not under control.
