Heparinoids have the same properties of each one of its individual constituents with a pronounced synergism, which increases the pharmacological
effect of the individual components.
At therapeutic level it can be determined:
- Activation of the lipoprotein elimination by stimulation of the lipases responsible for their degradation ( lipasemic activity ).
- Inhibition of cell proliferation in the vascular walls.
- Regulation of the transport of plasmatic proteins through the capilary wall, in this way, preventing from protein losses at level of kidney glomerulus structures.
Heparinoids prevent from lipoprotein and chylomicrons depositionin in the vascular wall;
Therefore, cholesterol accumulation in arterial tissues is inhibited, which contributes to decrease artherosclerosis disorders.
