Bioiberica was present at the Annual Biocontrol Industry Meeting (ABIM 2017), held on 23-25 October at the Congress Center Basel (Switzerland). A major event for the worldwide Biocontrol industry, ABIM 2017 was attended by more than 898 delegates from 48 countries in representation of 426 firms and international organizations.

Apart from promoting biocontrol and encouraging networking between professionals, ABIM 2017 was a unique platform for the creation of links with the political and regulatory decision makers and to disseminate information on the specific needs of the growing Biocontrol industry.

Bioiberica’s range of biological attractants such as Ceratrap and Suzukii Trap was of special interest to the congress’ attendees. The use of Suzukii Trap is showing excellent results in the control of Drosophila suzukii, a pest that causes great damage to berry crops in the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Portugal, and Spain.

Visitors interested in this and other products of Bioberica’s Plant Physiology Division found complete information at booth 57 in the exhibitor’s area.
