Develop sales strategies and set goals for each distributor.
Contribution and active search for new business based on the objectives set by the Director of the Division.
Review of the budget and business operations to ensure that the objectives set are achieved.
Achievement orientation; Review and analysis of sales and budget to maximise the marginality of the objectives set.
Adapt the resources and the commercial discourse according to the type of customer A, B, C.
Participate in the development and implementation of the KAM commercial strategy, detect Business Development opportunities.
Analyse and detect the needs of their territories in direct contact with the marketing and Product Support department, defining the best strategy that contributes to achieving the sales objectives set.
Analyze and monitor the sales trends of each country and the activities of competitors in your business area.
Participate periodically in events, fairs, congresses or visits to clients Participation with a stand in some international events.
Coordination of new launches in collaboration with other internal departments and the distributor in the country.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, experience in a similar position, fluent level of English
