Description
- Functions of supervision of processes, facilities and products, ensuring compliance with the Quality and Food Safety Systems implemented in the company.
- Release or reject intermediates/end products/APIs (review only, release by DT), reviewing and approving batch manufacturing guidelines, in-process control records of critical parameters, critical deviations (ensuring they have been investigated and resolved prior to batch release) and out-of-specification results records associated with the batch.
- Approve the procedures that may have an impact on the quality of the products, as well as the Change Controls prior to their implementation, ensuring their correct evaluation.
- Review validation protocols and reports.
- Make periodic reports of the quality of the product.
- Perform the plan of internal audits / critical suppliers.
- Perform internal/external audits identifying problems and opening improvement/preventive/corrective actions.
- General management of audits (realization, implementation and improvement).
- Management, monitoring and closure of corrective/improvement/preventive actions.
- Management, monitoring and closure of non-conformities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences or similar.
- High level English.
- Availability to travel.
