  • Execution of IT demand management processes (incidents, service requests, etc.)
  • Triage of new requests to the IT Service Desk.
  • First line support for all IT Service Desk requests through to resolution or escalation.
  • Attempted resolution of uncommon requests that are not fully documented but within confidence and authority level.
  • Creation of draft knowledgebase articles from learnings.
  • “Hands on” support of IT assets, where appropriate and required.
