Doctor Xavier Roura and Bioiberica collaborate to train veterinary professionals in the treatment of FLUTD

On February 25^th in Valencia, the third of Dr. Xavier Roura’s educational talks (after the ones at Seville and Gijon) took place with a well-attended meeting featuring more than 90 veterinarians. The educational talks on FLUTD and its treatment will take place in several locations in Spain and are targeted at all veterinarians interested in learning more on feline urinary tract diseases.

Xavier Roura is a doctor in veterinary medicine at the Universidad Autonoma of Barcelona (UAB) who specializes in internal medicine and in infectious diseases in cats and dogs. A European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine diplomat (specializing in small animals), he has been working at the service of the Internal Medicine of the Veterinary Hospital of the UAB since 1990. He has been a visiting veterinarian at the Ohio State faculty of veterinary medicine, at North Carolina State, and at the New York Animal Medical Center, all in the United States of America. He has presented lectures and conferences at both national and international congresses and seminars, and has published papers in both national and international journals.
