Integrated management system and continuous improvement manager

Functions

• To direct the structure and objectives of the processes aligned with the organisation's management systems. 
• To promote the integration of the environmental process within the organisation ensuring compliance with the legal requirements and all the standard requirements.
• Ensure the integration of the quality and safety systems in the engineering, maintenance, and environmental processes.
• Coordinate the different proposals for continuous improvement in the engineering, maintenance and environmental processes ensuring that the appropriate methodologies are followed for the achievement of the established objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering

Training or experience in:

• Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention in the specialities of Safety, Ergonomics and Hygiene.
• Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
• Auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IFS, BRC and FSCC 22000 standards.
• QEHS process leadership.
• Leadership in implementation of continuous improvement methodologies in organisations.
• Leadership in integration of the QEHS management system in organisations.
