At BIOIBERICA S.A.U. we recognise the importance of protecting your personal information and we are committed to processing it responsibly and in accordance with data protection laws. This privacy policy aims to regulate all aspects relating to processing the data of the different users who browse or provide their personal data on the different forms located on the website.


Personal Data:

Personal data is information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. This data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be blocked for the legally established period of time, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality both in the processing and in subsequent destruction. The legitimate basis for managing and processing the data subject’s curriculum is their consent, which they express by affirmatively sending the CV and checking the acceptance box of our privacy policy prior to sending it. The user has the right to revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
  • To improve your web browsing experience. We will keep this data as long as the user does not revoke their consent to processing by deleting cookies and for the time established by law with a minimum duration of 3 years. The legitimate basis to improve your experience when browsing the website is consent given by the user when accepting cookies. The user has the right to revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
  • To manage our social networks and send you information about our activities and products. We will keep these data as long as the user does not revoke their consent to processing and for the time established by law with a minimum duration of 3 years. Your data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation or to providers linked to the Data Controller who act as data processors. Likewise, in the case of CVs, these may be transferred to temporary employment agencies in charge of labour management.
No international transfers are made; should they be made at some point, you will be informed at in order to obtain your consent.

I order for us to keep personal data updated, it is important that the user informs us whenever there has been any modification, otherwise, we are not responsible for their veracity.
The user guarantees that personal data provided are truthful, ensuring that all information provided corresponds to the real situation, is updated and accurate, being obliged to communicate any modification.


Third-party data:

If the user provides third-party data to BIOIBERICA S.A.U. for any purpose, they guarantee that they have obtained this data in a lawful manner, that data subjects have previously been informed, obtaining their consent to communicate data and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

Whoever provides the data on the forms on this website and accepts their processing declares to be over 14 years of age; minors under that age may not access or use the portal. If at any time the Controller detects that a minor under 14 years of age has provided personal data, we will cancel them.
Likewise, parents or guardians may in any case contact BIOIBERICA S.A.U. to block the account access of minors in their care who have registered by falsifying their identity.
