About the Role

In this role you will contribute to the growth of the Company through direct commercial action in the sale of animal health products assigned to your client portfolio/assigned areas. We offer the chance to work with a growing business, with the best people, and with market-leading products.

Our Companion Animal Health Business Unit, with over 20 years’ experience on veterinary channel, specialises in providing products to improve the joint, internal and dermatological health of dogs and cats with products like Atopivet, Condrovet, Impromune.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and present the Company's products to potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate financial and delivery terms.
  • Adapt resources and sales pitch according to customer type A, B, C.
  • Optimize territory management based on customer segmentation, coverage, and visit frequency.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the KAM commercial strategy.
  • Participate in trade fairs to attract new customers.
  • Carry out public relations activities with customers.
  • Advise customers on technical issues related to products.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to convey market input.
  • Commercial management of distributors.
  • Attend to customer visits to the company's facilities.
About You
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with a professional, flexible, and solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent negotiation & influencing skills
  • Organised & able to manage priorities
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 1 year of successful sales experience
  • Additional training in marketing and sales is desirable.
