About the Role:

This role will deliver the assigned R&D projects with defined quality, time and cost. In addition, you will provide the necessary technical support for the products currently on the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in project teams focused on developing new products or improving existing ones.
  • Design development plans for research projects, defining objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
  • Plan, supervise, and execute internal experimental work, ensuring the correct application of protocols, the proper use of resources, and the quality of the results obtained.
  • Plan, execute and monitor studies in collaboration with external centres, ensuring technical and operational consistency.
  • Apply statistical and bioinformatic tools for the analysis of experimental data, interpretation of results and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Ensure the delivery of projects on time, on budget and with the required quality.
  • Scientifically evaluate new ideas and research proposals.
  • Manage technical knowledge with internal and external experts.
  • Communicate R&D project results to the business units involved.
  • Provide scientific and technical training, both internally and externally.
  • Review technical documentation and resolve scientific queries from the team or other areas.
  • Participate in relevant scientific conferences, seminars and events.


 

About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in R&D.
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Pharmacy, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Postgraduate degree in project management desirable.
