What is it and what is it for?

This is because the formulation includes phosphopeptides, which give a specific response (to biotic stress) and amino acids, which give a generic response (to abiotic stress).

The product acts as an activator of Pathogenesis-Related Stress Proteins (PRs), proteins that are expressed in response to pathogen attack.
