Meet our production, quality and logistics professionals who, at every stage of the process, ensure that farmers receive a product that meets the highest quality standards
"All our products are naturally derived and that requires very strict control of every process"

Producing naturally derived biostimulants is more than manufacturing an agricultural product. It is a process that demands precision, proprietary technology and, above all, people committed at every stage. This is how our production plant works: an environment where science becomes real solutions for farmers around the world.
The process begins with a thorough inspection of raw materials. "We make sure that the raw material meets the optimum quality standards," explains José Bermúdez, Raw Material Quality Manager at Bioiberica.
Once verified, the natural origin of the ingredients sets its own demands. "All our products are naturally derived and that requires very strict control of every process," says Mar Gómez, Production Manager at Bioiberica.
At the heart of this strict process control is Enzyneer®, Bioiberica's exclusive enzymatic technology. "We use enzymes in the extraction processes and this allows us to maintain the integrity of the molecules," explains Mar Gómez. This differentiating technology is key to preserving the biological efficacy of biostimulants throughout the entire production chain.
"We guarantee that the farmer receives a product that meets the highest quality standards"

Coordination across the different production stages is handled by the central control room team. "From here we oversee every action carried out in the plant, from the simplest to the most complex," says David Jorquera, Automation and Instrumentation Manager at Bioiberica.
This level of comprehensive oversight ensures process traceability and product consistency — two essential requirements when biostimulants are destined for markets with different regulatory frameworks around the world.
The packaging stage is where production becomes visible. "We put all our effort into every single pack," says Marina Gallardo, Production Operator at Bioiberica — a seemingly simple statement that captures the quality culture that runs through the entire organisation.
We adapt technical documentation and, where necessary, the product format to comply with the regulations in force in each country of destination, without compromising our internal quality standards.
Bioiberica's products are distributed worldwide, and that reality demands constant adaptation. "Our products are distributed around the world and that means we have to adapt to the requirements of each market," the operations team notes.
The goal, however, does not change with geography. "To ensure that the farmer receives a product that meets the highest quality standards," in the words of Ángel Esteban, Export Manager at Bioiberica.
That commitment extends to the very last link in the chain. "In logistics, our mission is to deliver the product on time while complying with the regulations of both the country of origin and the country of destination," adds Aniol Lloveras, Logistics Technician, underlining that quality does not end at the factory — it reaches the farmer.
"Behind each of our products there is a team of professionals committed to quality"

All these pieces together — raw materials, technology, production, control, packaging and logistics — form a human and technical ecosystem aligned towards a single goal: putting the best possible biostimulants in the hands of farmers.
"Behind each of our products there is a team of professionals committed to quality," concludes Mar Gómez. Far from being a slogan, this statement precisely describes the working philosophy that makes it possible for our biostimulants to reach crops around the world in the best possible condition.
