About the Role

The role will involve resolution of production problems, process optimisation and commissioning of new industrial facilities for the Group. Collaboration with Quality, Safety and Environment in the continuous auditing of processes based on technical knowledge of processes and facilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out operations related to the transfer and optimisation of industrial processes at Bioiberica's national and international plants, ensuring regulatory compliance by recording and evaluating the associated change control.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of reports derived from the evaluation of change requests, deviations and nonconformities affecting products, processes or equipment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering in defining user requirements for new production facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate in reviewing the specifications of MMPPs, materials, in-process controls, intermediates and APIs produced, ensuring that their content corresponds to the DMF.
  • Collaborate as a member of the HACCP team in the identification, evaluation and control of significant hazards, ensuring compliance with current food safety regulations.
  • Participate in the verification and validation of the HACCP plan, ensuring the effectiveness of preventive and corrective measures.
  • Prepare manufacturing guidelines for new processes or optimisation of existing ones, as well as validation of processes prior to their industrial implementation.
  • Resolving production problems that require different solutions, collaborating in the monitoring of process optimisation projects, collaborating in the feasibility study of alternative MMPPs, collaborating with other areas of the company at a technical advisory level (commercial, customer service, RRAA).
  • Possibility of participating in cross-functional projects that the company, based on your strengths and skills, may consider appropriate for you to participate in.
About You
  • A degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
