Palbio 50 RD
Palbio 50 is a high-grade protein hydrolysate derived from porcine intestinal mucosa, obatained from enzymatic hydrolysis followed by fluid bed drying.
Thanks to its exceptional characteristics, it helps to enhance feed digestibility and feed intake, improving production parameters and contributing to maintaining animal health.
Palbio® is manufactured using an exclusive industrial process known as Enzyneer® Technology, which transforms porcine intestinal mucus into L-α-free amino acids and bioactive peptides. These compounds contribute significantly to intestinal health maintenance and balance.

Cream-coloured, dried product obtained by fluidised bedding with a highly palatable flavour and aroma.
Dose
The recommended dose is
- 30-60 kg per tonne in piglet feed (prestarter and starter).
- 25-50 kg per tonne of poultry feed.
- 30-50 kg per tonne of shrimp feed.
- 30-50 kg per tonne of fish feed.

What is the digestibility of the protein?
As one of the few products on the market obtained by true enzymatic hydrolysis, it has 97.5% ileal digestibility. This means that the product provides up to 51.6% digestible protein and, above all, almost no indigestible protein.
What effect does it have on animals?
The high level of free amino acids and oligopeptides in Palbio 50 RD, together with its very high digestibility (97.5%), acts in the intestine of animals that consume it to promote intestinal development. Its high palatability favours feed intake after weaning, improving intestinal bile development and thus producing significant improvements in production parameters.
The high level of protein hydrolysis in Palbio 50 RD means it is suitable for all farm animals including ruminants, so no separate production lines are necessary in the use of this product.
