BioVibes: Sandra Guerrero

Sandra Guerrero, assistant in the ICA department (International Companion Animal Health), stars in a new session of our BioVibes, an initiative to get to know the Bioiberica family better through first-person portraits of employees from all our departments. Sandra tells us about her day-to-day work, what it means to be part of a company with a global reach... and why she wants to go to Australia!

"We are one of the smallest teams, but we are doubling the value," explains Sandra Guerrero, assistant in the ICA department (International Companion Animal Health). Coordinating orders, organizing conferences, and working with marketing and logistics... Her day-to-day work at Bioiberica reflects the international dimension of the company, with clients in Japan, India, and the United States, and the success of products like Atopivet Collar fills her with satisfaction.

Sandra Guerrero: "We are a small team doing really well"

"My job involves helping the sales team with orders, organizing conferences, coordinating material shipments, collaborating with marketing, and working hand in hand with the logistics team," explains Sandra. "We are one of the smallest teams at Bioiberica, but we are doubling the value. The atmosphere is very good, although sometimes intense, but we always get things done."

For Sandra, constant challenge is part of Bioiberica's DNA, especially in such a significant year as this one, in which the company celebrates its 50th anniversary... and so does she!

An international company

The global dimension of Bioiberica is something Sandra experiences daily: "We work with clients from Japan, India, the United States... Now we are trying to open in Australia, and I've already said that if they need someone, I'll be there!"

The launch of successful products like Atopivet Collar or Givet are moments that fill the team with satisfaction. "It gives me very good vibes when we all manage to bring a new product to market and it becomes a success. They fly off the shelves," says Sandra enthusiastically.

The secret of Bioiberica

What is the key to the company's success? Sandra is clear about it: "The effort of many people over many years. We are all One."
